Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of SKAMM products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof (photos or videos). Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all packaging included. Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the error is from SKAMM.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
