Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within standard timeframes unless a specific pre-order shipping date is provided. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 working days for Canada & USA and 5–15 working days for international orders. Please note that international shipments may take longer due to customs processing in your country.

All customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply upon delivery. Regulations and charges vary by country, and SKAMM is unable to control or predict these costs. If a shipment is refused, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any return or courier fees.

SKAMM releases products in limited quantities, and once sold out, items may not be restocked. For more information, please refer to our Terms of Sale.
